At The Black Art Hub CIC, our work extends beyond Black History Month. We deliver year-round programmes in art, culture, education, heritage, and history, offering events, activities, and workshops for schools and communities. Alongside our in-person projects, we provide a growing library of downloadable educational resources, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning opportunities throughout the year.

Between 2026 and 2028, our Benjamin Zephaniah Library and Educational Resource section of the website will be under development, strengthening our commitment to delivering high-quality digital art and technology-based educational resources at heavily discounted or free prices, ensuring access for all.

Ready-to-Use Black History Month Packages for Schools

Our Black History Month (BHM) Educational Packs are designed for schools, youth groups, and educators who want age-appropriate resources that can be used immediately in the classroom.

Each pack includes lesson plans, worksheets, slides, teacher guidance, and a curated external resources handout (videos, readings, timelines).

Each pack includes:

All content is created by The Black Art Hub CIC, with expert input from Michi Masumi BA.MA, and developed to save teachers' time while enriching students’ understanding of Black British history and culture.

Our Primary School Packs (KS2) are developed by The Black Art Hub CIC in partnership with Studio 6B (www.studio6b.co.uk).

​

Studio 6B brings vibrant, inclusive, and neurodivergent-friendly design to our primary resources,  making them engaging, accessible, and exciting for younger learners.

​

For Secondary, FE, and HE resources, all packs are created and delivered directly through The Black Art Hub CIC, ensuring they meet academic standards while retaining creative depth.
