The Black Art Hub CIC: Empowering Black Creativity, Culture, and Community
The Black Art Hub CIC is a pioneering organisation championing Black artistic expression, cultural heritage, and creative entrepreneurship. It was established to address the systemic underrepresentation of Black artists in mainstream art spaces and serves as a platform for visibility, empowerment, and collaboration within the Black British creative community.
At its core, the Hub operates on the principles of access, equity, and innovation. Providing Black British artists and poets with opportunities to exhibit their work, collaborate across disciplines, and access funding often unavailable through traditional institutions. By tackling barriers such as racial bias in gallery representation and limited financial support, the Hub actively works to dismantle inequalities in the arts.
Through curated exhibitions, education programmes, and residencies, it ensures that Black artistry is seen, valued, and archived as a vital part of British culture.
A key initiative is its focus on digital innovation in Black art practices. In the era of AI-generated imagery and algorithmic bias, the Hub advocates for the ethical representation of Black identities in digital spaces. Workshops and mentorship programmes help Black artists navigate the evolving digital landscape, ensuring their work remains authentic and protected.
The Hub also plays a crucial role in community engagement and cultural education, collaborating with schools, universities, and libraries—including the Benjamin Zephaniah Library—to introduce young Black creatives to careers in the arts.
Looking ahead, the Black Art Hub CIC aims to expand through international collaborations, research partnerships, and policy advocacy, reinforcing its role in shaping the future of Black British art, activism, and cultural identity.
Join us and be part of a community that celebrates Black creativity at its finest.

The Collective of African Diaspora Artists.
A dynamic platform dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and celebrating Black British and African diaspora artists and poets. Rooted in a commitment to Black excellence, creative collaboration, and personal development, CADA provides a vital space for artists to connect, grow, and thrive.
Through monthly and bi-monthly networking events, we bring together Black creatives from diverse artistic disciplines to foster meaningful connections. These gatherings create opportunities for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth, ensuring that Black artists have the support and resources needed to elevate their craft.
At CADA, we believe in building sustainable careers in the arts. We provide mentorship, workshops, and development programs designed to help artists and poets expand their creative potential, gain industry insights, and navigate the challenges of the art world. Whether it’s refining artistic techniques, exploring digital innovation, or gaining exposure through exhibitions and performances, CADA is committed to creating pathways for success.
Our mission extends beyond individual growth—we are cultivating a powerful Black artistic network that amplifies our voices, reshapes narratives, and reclaims our space in the global arts industry. By supporting Black British and African diaspora artists, CADA is not just a collective; it is a movement towards lasting change, cultural preservation, and creative empowerment.

Inviting Black British Visual Artists & Poets
to join us in paving a new path within British Arts
The UK is a very special place, full to the brim of diversity.
'The Black Art Hub' believes all aspects of Black Diversity should be more accessible within the Art Community, Institutions, Museums, and Galleries.
Most importantly our Art needs to be seen in all environments, big and small across the UK
Being a Black British Visual Artist/Poet has a different meaning to each
Person. Black Expression should not be put into a box nor limited to one representation.
There is space for us All.
