Building a stronger future for Black communities across Medway

The Medway Black Consortium (MBC) is a new collaborative network bringing together Black-led organisations, businesses, professionals, community groups and residents from across Medway.

​

Our aim is simple:

To connect people, share knowledge, develop partnerships and create opportunities that improve outcomes for Black communities across Medway.

We believe lasting change happens when communities work together. By bringing together a wide range of experience, skills and perspectives, the consortium will provide a stronger collective voice while supporting practical action in areas including:

The Black Art Hub CIC coordinates the Medway Black Consortium and welcomes participation from individuals and organisations who share a commitment to strengthening Black communities in Medway.

2026 - 2027 membership is free while we establish the consortium.

If we did in the future introduce membership fees, the fees would be reinvested into the administration, development and sustainability of the Medway Black Consortium, helping to deliver networking events, training, collaborative projects, community engagement and member support. No profits are distributed to members.
