📸 Medway and Kent Lens 2026

A month-long celebration of photography, film, video, creativity, storytelling, and community across Medway and Kent. Hosted by The Black Art Hub CIC and supported using public funding by Arts Council England, the programme brings together artists, photographers, filmmakers, workshops, wellbeing walks, talks, and community-led creative experiences for all abilities—from beginners and hobbyists to emerging and professional creatives.

Becky Warnock — Photoworks Presentation & Artist Talk

Photoworks hosts acclaimed artist Becky Warnock for a special presentation and artist-led discussion exploring image-making, creativity, memory, process, and visual storytelling.

 

This relaxed afternoon session offers audiences the opportunity to engage directly with Becky’s work and artistic approach within an intimate creative setting.

Low-Light Photography Workshop with Michi Masumi

An immersive low-light photography workshop led by award-winning photographer Michi Masumi.

 

Participants will explore techniques for photographing in darker environments using both cameras and mobile phones. Ideal for beginners, hobbyists, and creatives wanting to build confidence in low-light shooting and atmosphere-based imagery.
