Join us for a welcoming day of creativity, wellbeing, expert advice, and community connection. Whether you're looking for trusted menopause information, gentle exercise, creative expression, or simply the opportunity to meet other women, you're warmly invited to spend as much or as little time with us as you wish.

This Creative Health community-led event has been developed to promote well-being, reduce social isolation, and create safe, supportive spaces where women can learn, connect, and thrive together.
